Released annually, the Case for Inclusion examines how well state programs are supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Case for Inclusion 2024 offers new data and analysis revealing that although progress has been made thanks to pandemic-era funding, that progress is fragile. At stake is whether lawmakers will build on the progress we're seeing or revert to underinvestment in Medicaid.

The Case for Inclusion is presented in partnership between United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) and ANCOR. Designed especially for advocates who believe that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities should have options and resources to live life without limits, the Case for Inclusion outlines the challenges and opportunities confronting providers working on the frontlines of community inclusion.
